my offeringsMovement as a way of coming home to yourself. In my classes, we work with the body not to push it further, but to listen more closely. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, the invitation is always the same: to notice what is already there.
Sound has a way of reaching places words cannot. In a sound bath, you simply lie down and let the vibrations of the handpan, native flute, chimes and tibetan bowls wash over you. It is a deeply restful experience , and invites the nervous system to soften and the mind to quiet, without you having to do anything at all.

guided meditation
Sometimes the body needs something more direct than movement or breath. Through simple tools like self massage and tapping, we work with the nervous system and help it find its way back to a place of ease. These are techniques you can take with you and return to whenever you need them.
Guided meditation is not about emptying the mind or achieving a particular state. It is simply an invitation to sit with yourself for a little while. Each session is gentle, accessible, and grounded in the present moment.
pranayama
Breath is the one thing we do every moment of our lives and also one of the most powerful tools we have. Pranayama is the yogic practice of working consciously with the breath. Together we explore how the way we breathe affects how we feel, think and move.
