I offer sound healing both 1:1 and for groups. I use different instruments like handpan, Tibetan bowls, chimes and flute. The sessions are there to help the body and mind slow down a bit.

I offer reiki healing as a gentle, hands-on practice.It works on a more subtle level, helping the body to relax and come back into balance. There’s no effort needed, just space to receive.
Pranayama, or breathwork, can be a powerful tool. It can help regulate how you feel and how you respond to things. I’ll guide you through different techniques and help you find what fits you and your needs.

I offer simple practices for nervous system regulation, like tapping and self-massage. Mostly working with the vagus nerve. These are things you can easily do on your own as well, and that can support you in everyday life.
Sometimes it’s hard to start a meditation practice on your own. I can guide you into it and help you understand your patterns a bit better, and what kind of practice works for you.
