Private classes: groups or 1:1 session
For when you want to explore yoga in a more personal way.
Private sessions are not only a space for movement, but also for slowing down and taking a bit more care of yourself. In 1:1 sessions, you’re invited to tune in and meet yourself where you are. There’s no fixed structure. We take it from there. Sometimes that means movement, sometimes breath, sometimes just creating a bit of space. It’s less about trying to change anything and more about noticing what’s already there. A moment to reconnect with your body, your patterns, and what you might need.
Private yoga
A private session isn’t just about the poses. We’ll look at how you move, where you hold tension, what patterns show up, and how your body responds. Not to fix anything. Just to understand it a bit better. Some people come because they want to go deeper into their practice. Others come because something feels off, like stress, tension, or feeling a bit disconnected. Usually it’s a bit of both.
Private sessions are also available for couples, small groups, and different kinds of gatherings. This can be anything from something calm and grounding to something more social.
Sound bath
A sound bath session is a calm, immersive experience in which various instruments are used to help the body relax.
I work with Tibetan singing bowls, handpan, chimes, and other instruments, often placed on or around the body. The vibrations can help release tension and bring you into a more grounded, meditative state.
I also sometimes incorporate reiki into these sessions, depending on what feels right.
breathwork and Nervous System Regulation
These sessions are more focused on giving you simple tools you can use on your own.
We work with breath (pranayama), gentle techniques, and practices like self-massage or tapping to support your nervous system. Especially if you’re dealing with stress, overwhelm, or feeling out of balance.
The focus is not on doing more, but on finding what actually helps you regulate and feel a bit more steady.
Everything can be adapted to the setting. Whether it’s a 1:1 session, a small group, a company, or a shared space for something more.
